Panel packaging

This type of machines are developed for packing wooden panels, strips, flooring etc. in different lengths and is suitable for products with length from 0,5 meter to really long products, which is possible to run mixed.

We started production of these machines in year 2000 and have delivered over 100 machines of the four different models. All models can be equipped and made to suit your demands. These machines are a compact version of floor packaging machines, as the machines don’t have any conveyor between the wrapping and the shrink tunnel.

The four different models are:

FKK1 = 25 meter/minut
FKK2 = 40 meter/minut
FKK3 = 60 meter/minut
FKK4 = 80 meter/minut

	FKK1 The smallest one, a compact machine, total length 4000 mm that manage up to 25 meter per minute in conveyor speed.

	FKK2 If a little higher capacity is required you will choose FKK2 which is 5000 mm long, and manage up to 40 meters per minute in conveyor speed. In the picture equipped with the "large" in feed system, vertically conveyor belts for centring the products. The "large" in feed is standard on the bigger models FKK3 and FKK4.

	FKK 3 In you require even higher capacity you will choose a FKK3 which is 6000 mm long and manage up to 60 meters per minute in conveyor speed.The large in feed system is standard on FKK3 and FKK4.The machine in the picture is equipped with brochure applicator.

	FKK 4 The fastest shrink wrapping machine in the world! Total length 7000 mm long and manage up to 80 meters per minute in conveyor speed.The large in feed system is standard on FKK4. The machine in the picture is equipped with double film stations for endless running, and side conveyor if the products doesn’t require shrinking.
